To carry out the rules of the public general act of the Parliament [ basic laws and statutes affecting individual rights and duties, approved by parliament, giving legal effect to the Constitution ] number 15 /1999 about personal data protection whish to inform to the users that:

1.1 The information that Picasso SG inboxes in the different services with maximum confidentiality and security, being saved in the data base. The information inboxed is only used for Picasso SG to inherent proposal to each service and it will be not communicated to third-parties except in the case that Picasso SG is obliged to it for being public information.

1.2. The data and information are object of access, rectification, data opposition and cancellation and opposition in the established terms in the personal data protection law. Picasso SG will use these data with care to avoid its alteration or loose as it is established in the regulatory scheme that can be applied.
